George Murray, Stuartfield, is a man of many skills, from joinery, woodcarving and model building, to music on the moothie, trump and melodion. Though he first tried a moothie in his childhood, it is only in the last decade or so that he has begun to play in public. The year this recording was made, he held all four of the major festival titles in moothie and trump.
