Features songs, music and oral histories relating to farming and fishing recorded by folklorist Tom McKean while he was Traditional Music Resident in the Banff and Buchan district of Aberdeenshire.
The Formartine Oral History Archive
Features reminiscences collected by numerous oral history groups in the Formartine area of Aberdeenshire under the guidance of project leader and folklorist Fiona-Jane Brown. The project was managed by The Formartine Partnership with support from The Heritage Lottery Fund.
